I discovered Pasos de Bienestar in one of the most uncertain moments I have ever lived through: the pandemic. Amid so much change, Marco created something that seemed simple at the time, a space for conversation, and that over time became one of the most valuable practices in my professional and personal development.

What I appreciate most about this space is that it was never a simple performance review. With Marco I could speak honestly about my results, but also about my doubts, my decisions and where I wanted to grow. Each conversation helped me see my opportunities for improvement more clearly, not through criticism, but through a genuine question: what do I need to work on to be better, as a professional and as a person?

Over time I understood that this was precisely the strength of Pasos de Bienestar: it does not separate performance from the human being who produces it. You can talk about goals, results and work challenges and, at the same time, open space for personal growth, self-awareness and well-being. That combination is hard to find, and it is what truly generates sustainable change.

Today, knowing that Marco is opening this program to more people, I recommend it without reservation. Pasos de Bienestar is not just a tool for conversations about performance: it is a space to grow with purpose, accompanied by someone who knows how to listen and ask the right questions. To anyone looking for that kind of support, I can say with complete confidence that it is worth taking the step.
