Pasos de Bienestar
The Experience
There's no rigid method and no artificial steps. There's a natural flow that protects the spontaneity of each conversation.

Before the walk
- Minimal preparation: no documents, no slides.
- Your phone and, if you can, headphones.
- A safe route that you choose.
- Normal mobile connectivity and a video call on FaceTime, WhatsApp, Teams or another platform.
- About 50 minutes.
- Water before, during or after is recommended but not required.
During the walk
- An informal beginning to break the ice.
- You set the topic.
- Listening first; talking after.
- Questions that help you organize and see options.
- More or less challenge depending on whether you asked for facilitation, coaching or mentoring.
- Camera on when it's safe; audio only when it isn't.
- Safety always comes before eye contact.
At the end
- The objective is value, not forced closure.
- There may be clarity, perspective, a decision, a new option or a next step.
- If a commitment or action emerges, it's said out loud before the call ends.
- If nothing is resolved but something got clearer, the conversation worked.
After the walk
- Minimal, deliberate memory: important topics, decisions, commitments and open matters.
- No recording, no transcript, no case file.
- A brief follow-up message when a continuation has been agreed.
- When you ask to continue, it's usually arranged shortly after the call.
- Occasionally a book or another resource, when it's useful.
Safety first
Choose a route you know. If traffic, terrain or signal call for it, the conversation continues audio-only. No part of this experience is worth walking distracted somewhere unsafe.
Photos and consent
A screenshot of the video conversation is optional and only taken with the explicit consent of both people. Agreeing to a screenshot does not authorize public use: publishing an image, quote, video, testimonial or story requires separate, explicit authorization.
